Terms of Service
This is a legal agreement between you and Hobby Market Trends. By using this service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement
Hobby Market Trends (“we,” “us”) is operated as a sole proprietorship doing business as Hobby Market Trends, based in Florida, United States.
2. Description of the Service
Hobby Market Trends provides analytics, charts, and insights based on public and third-party data sources.

- Not financial, investment, or legal advice
- No guarantee of accuracy or uptime
- Features may change at any time
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for your account credentials
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- We may suspend accounts for misuse or risk
4. Acceptable Use
- No illegal or abusive activity
- No scraping in violation of third-party terms
- No malware or security abuse
- No bypassing rate limits or access controls
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Some features require a paid subscription (Hobby Market Trends Pro) processed by Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- You may cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription & billing (Stripe Customer Portal)
- Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then
- New subscriptions may include a free trial when offered at checkout; trial access ends if you cancel before the first paid charge
5.1 Refunds
Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Because Pro includes a free trial when available, you can evaluate the product before a paid charge.
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge
- After a paid charge, we do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period
- Soft-launch goodwill: if something went wrong with your first paid charge (duplicate charge, clear billing error, or similar), email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We may issue a refund at our discretion.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension pending review
6. Intellectual Property
- We own all platform software, branding, and design
- You retain ownership of your uploaded content
- You grant us license to operate and display your content
- No copying, resale, or reverse engineering allowed
7. Third-Party Services
- We rely on third-party APIs and data sources, including the eBay API, to show marketplace listings and pricing context.
- This application uses the eBay API but is not endorsed or certified by eBay. eBay and the eBay logo are trademarks of eBay Inc.
- We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially connected to eBay Inc.
- We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data accuracy
- Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their separate terms and policies
8. Disclaimers
- Service provided “as is” and “as available”
- No warranties of accuracy or fitness for purpose
- Not for financial or high-stakes decision-making
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid in the last 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims resulting from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
- You may stop using the service anytime
- We may terminate access for violations or legal risk
- Some clauses survive termination
12. Changes
- We may update these Terms
- Material changes will be notified
- Continued use means acceptance
13. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
